“I had a great experience working with H&M! They were extremely professional yet approachable, kind and attentive to our needs. We moved to Cardiff from Italy, and it was not at all an easy process, but Joanne was extremely helpful and went well above and beyond her duties as a rental agent in making sure we were settled well.
